He holds a State-Certified Building License, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker for the state of Florida and has served as a member of the Contractor's License & Examining Board for Sarasota County. He is past president of the Sarasota Home Builders Association and has been actively involved in numerous community organizations. |

Kemmons Wilson, who was the founder of Holiday Inns of America, was Chairman of the Board, until his death on February 12, 2003. |
